Yes, this one's tricky. I think they're sidekicks of one another, really. Skipvia and I had a similar discussion about Rocket J. Squirrel & Bullwinkle.

They kind of are Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum, aren't they? Still, I think Natasha wore the pants in that relationship...
Not that either of them wore pants, really. Maybe that was their problem.

Boris and Natasha could also be placed on the "How to name your cat" list. They are currently spooning on the sofa, observing me type: either would object to being considered the other's sidekick, I'm fairly sure.
But they are so cute.....

I always thought Natasha was smarter. Which leads back to my assertion that many sidekicks are smarter than the leads. Literary device, I guess.
